Samsung has just released the official Android 2.2 Froyo firmware for Southeast Asia, version DXJPE. This is for Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines.
You can download DXJPE here.
If you have Kies working and you never installed any custom firmwares before, you can just upgrade to DXJPE using Kies.
WARNING: Upgrade firmware WILL ERASE ALL YOUR DATA! You need to make a BACKUP of your apps and data first, using an app like Titanium Backup.
